SEC. 3. CONSTRUCTION.
Nothing in this Act may be construed to affect administrative actions relating to grants received by the Crow Tribe under section 2604(d) of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981 (42 U.S.C. 8623(d)) for fiscal year 1988 or preceding fiscal years or the eligibility of the Crow Tribe to receive a grant for fiscal year 1989, or any succeeding fiscal year. Approved May 13, 1988.
