To authorize appropriations to carry out title I of the Marine Protection, Research^ ^"*^ Sanctuaries Act of 1972 during fiscal years 1989, 1990, and 1991.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 111 of the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972 (33 U.S.C. 1420) is amended to read as follows: "AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS
"SEC. 111. There are authorized to be appropriated, for purposes of carrying out this title, not to exceed $12,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1989, 1990, and 1991.". Approved October 28, 1988.
