PUBLIC LAW 100-641—NOV. 9, 1988 handicaps do not exceed fees charged for the licensing or registration of other similar vehicles operated in the State; and (E) for purposes of easy access parking, recognizes licenses and placards displaying the International Symbol of Access which have been issued by other States and countries. (2) STATE.—The term "State" has the meaning such term has when used in chapter 4 of title 23, United States Code. Approved November 9, 1988.
