An Act To amend the Deep Seabed Hard Mineral Resources Act to authorize appropriations Nov. 28, 1989 to carry out the provisions of the Act for fiscal years 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, and fHR 21201 1994. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. - Section 310 of the Deep Seabed Hard Mineral Resources Act (30 U.S.C. 1470) is amended— (1) by striking "and" immediately after "September 30, i, 1986,"; and (2) by inserting ", and $1,525,000 for each of the fiscal years 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, and 1994" immediately before the period at the end thereof.
