(c) (DORRECnONS TO AMENDMENTS MADE BY PUBLIC LAW 100-456.— (1) Section 411g(a) of title 37, United States (Dode, is amended by striking out "to' after "may be paid". (2) Section 419 of such title is amended— (A) by striking out "a officer" both places it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "an officer"; luid (B) by striking out "to" after "may be paid". (d) PUNCTUATION AMENDMENT. —Section 209(c) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking out the period after "title 10" the first place it appears.
