PUBLIC LAW 101-417—OCT. 12, 1990 104 STAT. 905 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Congress hereby recognizes and commemorates the centennial of Yosemite National ' Park, created by Congress in 1890. The President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe the centennial with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
