PUBLIC LAW 101-500 —NOV. 3, 1990 104 STAT. 1221 (1) COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE. — The term "commercial motor vehicle" has the meaning given such term in section 204(1) of the Motor Carrier Safety Act of 1984 (49 U.S.C. App. 2503(1)). (2) TRUCK.— The term "truck" means a commercial motor vehicle that meets the description set forth in section 204(1)(A) or (C) of the Motor Carrier Safety Act of 1984 (49 U.S.C. App. 2503(1)(A) or (O). Approved November 3, 1990.
