(2) AMENDMENTS RELATING TO SECTION 322 OF PUBLIC LAW 98- 21.— Paragraphs (1) and (2) of section 322(b) of the Social Security Amendments of 1983 (Public Law 98-21, 97 Stat. 121) are 42 USC 411; each amended by inserting "the first place it appears" before 26 USC 140i2. "the following". (3) AMENDMENT RELATING TO SECTION lOiiB(b)(4) OF PUBLIC LAW 100-647.— Section 211(a) (42 U.S.C. 411(a)) is amended by redesignating the second paragraph (14) as paragraph (15). (b) EFFECTIVE DATES.— The amendments made by subsection (a) 26 USC 1402 shall be effective as if included in the enactment of the provision to note, which it relates.
