(6) Section 5034 is amended— (A) by inserting "(a)" before "Within six months"; (B) by striking out "this section or any amendment to it" and inserting in lieu thereof "any amendment to this section"; and (C) by designating the sentence at the end of paragraph (3) as subsection (b), realigning such sentence so as to appear full measure and indented, and striking out "such standards" at the end of such sentence and inserting in lieu thereof "the standards prescribed under subsection (a)(3)". 38 USC 8135.
