That not less than $29,000,000 of the funds appropriated in this paragraph shall be made available as a grant only to the Boston University for laboratory and other efforts associated with research, development and other programs of major importance to the Department of Defense: Provided further. That not less than $250,000 of the funds appropriated in this paragraph shall be made available as a grant only to the Medical College of Ohio for laboratory and other efforts associated with research, development and other programs of major importance to the Department of Defense: Provided further, That not less than $500,000 of the funds appropriated in this paragraph shall be made available as a grant only to the University of South Carolina for laboratory and other efforts associated with research, development and other programs of major importance to the Department of Defense: Provided further. That not less than $750,000 of the funds appropriated in this paragraph shall be made available as a grant only to the George Mason University for laboratory and other efforts associated with research, development and other programs of major importance to the Department of Defense: Provided further. That not less than $2,300,000 of the funds appropriated in this paragraph shall be made available as a grant only to Monmouth College for laboratory and other efforts associated with research, development and other programs of major importance to the Department of Defense: Provided further. That not less than $10,000,000 of the funds appropriated in this paragraph shall be made available as a grant only to the University of Minnesota for laboratory and other efforts associated with research, development and other programs of major importance to the Department of Defense: Provided further.
