106 STAT. 278 PUBLIC LAW 102-312—JULY 2, 1992 Public Law 102-312 102d Congress An Act July 2, 1992 To designate the Federal building located at 1520 Market Street, St. Louis, Missouri, [H.R. 3041] as the "L. Douglas Abram Federal Building". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the Federal building located at 1520 Market Street, St. Louis, Missouri, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "L. Douglas Abram Federal Building". Any reference to such building in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the "L. Douglas Abram Federal Building".
