106 STAT. 868 PUBLIC LAW 102-338—AUG. 11, 1992 (ii) the Department of the Interior^ (iii) the Zuni Indian Tribe; (iv) the Ramah Band of the Navigo Tribe of Indians; (v) the Naviyo Nation; (vi) the State of New Mexico; (vii) private landowners within the portion of the Zuni River watershed that is upstream from the Zuni Indian Reservation; and (viii) other public or private agencies; (F) a project plan that— (i) outlines tasks necessary to implement the plan required by paragraph dXB); Ui) reconunends completion dates; and (iii) estimates the costs of the tasks; and (G) a monitoring plan that— (i) outlines tasks for monitoring and maintaining the watershed; and (ii) estimates the annual cost of performing the tasks, (b) REPORT. —Not later than 4 years after the date that funds are made available for the study and the preparation of the plan as required by subsection (a)(l)> the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary of me Interior, and the Tribes shall submit to the Select Committee on Indian Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs of the House of Representatives a written report containing— (1) the full te3ct of the study and the plan; and (2) an executive summary of the stuoy and the plan. SEC. 4. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act Approved August 11, 1992.
