The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1100 'WM;he Street in Alexandria, Virginia, is designated as the "Helen Day United States Post Office Bmlding". SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES. Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 is deemed to be a reference to the "Helen Day United States Post Office Building".
