Extraterritorial jurisdiction over terrorist acts abroad against United States nationals 2331" and inserting '<113A. Terrorism . 2331*. 18 USC 2381 (c) EFFECTIVE DATE.—This section and the amendments made "°*®- by this section shall apply to any pending case or any cause of action arising on or after 4 years before the date of enactment of this Act. TITLE XI—EFFECTIVE DATE SEC. 1101. EFFECTIVE DATE. 2 USC 905 (a) IN GENERAL.— Except as otherwise provided in this Act, ^°^- the provisions of this Act and the amendments made by this Act shall take effect on January 1, 1993.
