(b) CONFORMING AMENDMENT.— Section 201(a)(4)(B) of the Act (25 U.S.C. 1621(a)(4)(B)) is amended by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting the following: ", including screening mammography in accordance with section 212;". SEC. 208. PATIENT TRAVEL COSTS. Title II of the Act (as amended by section 207 of this Act) is amended by adding at the end the following new section: "PATIENT TRAVEL COSTS "SEC. 213. (a) The Secretary, acting through the Service, shall 25 USC 1621/. provide funds for the following patient travel costs associated with receiving health care services provided (either through direct or contract care or through contracts entered into pursuant to the Indian Self-Determination Act) under this Act— "(1) emergency air transportation; and "(2) nonemergency air transportation where ground transportation is infeasible. "(b) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $15,000,000 for fiscal year 1993 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000. ". SEC. 209. THIRD PARTY REIMBURSEMENT. (a) RECOVERY BY INDIAN TRIBE.— Section 206 of the Act (25 U.S.C. 1621e) is amended— (1) by inserting ", an Indian tribe, or a tribal organization" after "United States" each place it appears; (2) in subsection (a), by inserting ", an Indian tribe, or a tribal organization" after "Service"; (3) in subsection (a) and subsection (e)(1)(A), by inserting ", an Indian tribe, or a tribal organization" aft«r "Secretary" each place it appears; and (4) in subsection (b), by striking ", or any political subdivision of a State,". (b) SPECIAL RULE WITH RESPECT TO SELF-INSURANCE PLAN. — Section 206 of the Act (25 U.S.C. 1621e) is amended— (1) by striking "(a) The" and inserting the following: "(a) Except as provided in subsection (f), the"; and (2) by adding at the end the following new subsection: "(f) The United States shall not have a right of recovery under this section if the injury, illness, or disability for which health services were provided is covered under a self-insurance plan funded by an Indian tribe or tribal organization.". SEC. 210. EPIDEMIOLOGY CENTERS. Title II of the Act (as amended by section 208 of this Act) is amended by adding at the end the following new section:
