PUBLIC LAW 103-47—JULY 1, 1993 107 STAT. 233 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That July 1, 1993, is designated as "National NYSP Day". The President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon State and local jurisdictions, appropriate Federal agencies, and the people of the United States to observe the day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
