not otherwise appropriated, to provide supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1993, and for ouier purposes, namely: CHAPTER I DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, RURAL DEVELOPMENT, FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION, AND RELATED AGENCIES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOOD SAFETY AND INSPECTION SERVICE SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and Expenses", $4,000,000. COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION DISASTER ASSISTANCE Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any Commodity Credit Corporation funds that were appropriated by Public Law 102-229 and Public Law 102-368 for losses of crop production in 1990, 1991, euid 1992 and that are unexpended as of the date of enactment of this Act shall be made available to producers of 1990, 1991, 1992, and 1993 crops of agricultural commodities for losses of production due to the deterioration of the quality of such commodities caused by natural disasters, as determined by the Corporation prior to August 1, 1993, and for which the Secretary has received claims by August 1, 1993: Provided, That such funds shall also be made available to producers of the 1993 crops of agricultural commodities for crop losses caused by natural disasters which occurred prior to August 1, 1993, and for which the Secretary has received claims by August 1, 1993: Provided further, That such funds shall also be made available to producers for 1993, 1994, and 1995 crop losses if such losses are due to the occurrence of Hurricanes Andrew and Iniki and Typhoon Omar: Provided further.
