MISCELLANEOUS PAYMENTS TO INDIANS 106 Stat. 1391. The paragraph under this head in Public Law 102-381 is amended by adding the following before the last period: ", and (3) to reimburse Indian trust fund account holders for losses to their respective accounts where the claim for said loss(es) has been reduced by a judgment and/or settlement agreement approved by the Department of Justice". MISCELLANEOUS PERMANENT APPROPRL^TIONS (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) For an additional amount for the "Alaska resupply program", $6,000,000, to remain available until expended, to be derived by transfer from the imobligated balances available in the "Oil spill emergency fund" account. GENERAL PROVISION, DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR SEC. 401. EXTENSION OF ACQUISITION AUTHORITY FOR THE PETROGLYPH NATIONAL MONUMENT.— Section 104(b)(2) of Public 16 USC 431 note. Law 101-313 is amended by striking "three" and inserting "four" in lieu thereof. RELATED AGENCY OFFICE OF NAVAJO AND HOPI INDIAN RELOCATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES (RESCISSION) Of the amounts provided under this heading in Public Law 102-381, $3,000,000 for housing are rescinded.
