[S. 20041 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION. The matter preceding clause (i) of section 435(a)(2)(C) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1085(a)(2)(C)) is amended by striking "July 1, 1994" and inserting "July 1, 1998".
