ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS FOR ASSISTED HOUSING (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 103-124 and prior years, $100,000,000 are rescinded: Provided, That of the foregoing amount, $25,000,000 shall be deducted from the amounts earmarked for amendments to section 8 contracts other than contracts for projects developed under section 202 of the Housing Act of 1959 and $75,000,000 shall be deducted from the amounts earmarked for preservation activities. ASSISTANCE FOR THE RENEWAL OF SECTION 8 SUBSIDY CONTRACTS (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 103-124 and prior years, $76,000,000 are rescinded. INDEPENDENT AGENCIES CHEMICAL SAFETY AND HAZARD INVESTIGATION BOARD SALARIES AND EXPENSES (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 103-124, $770,000 are rescinded. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY WATER INFRASTRUCTURE/STATE REVOLVING FUNDS (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 103-124, $22,000,000 are rescinded.
