CONCURRENT RESOLUTIONS—JUNE 30, 1994 108 STAT. 5105 SEC. 2. CONDITIONS. The event to be carried out under this resolution shall be free of admission charge to the public and arranged not to interfere with the needs of Congress, under conditions to be prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol and the Capitol Police Board; except that the Association shall assume full responsibility for all expenses and liabilities incident to all activities associated with the event. SEC. 3. STRUCTURES AND EQUIPMENT. For the purposes of this resolution, the Association is authorized to erect upon the Capitol grounds, subject to the approval of the Architect of the Capitol, such stage, sound amplification devices, and other related structures and equipment as may be required for the event to be carried out under this resolution. SEC. 4. ADDITIONAL ARRANGEMENTS. The Architect of the Capitol and the Capitol Police Board are authorized to make any such additional arrangements that may be required to carry out the event under this resolution. RAOUL WALLENBERG BUST Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That the Joint Committee on the Library is authorized to accept a bust of Raoul Wallenberg and to place the bust in an appropriate location in the Capitol, as determined by the Joint Committee on the Library. That when the House adjourns on the legislative day of Thursday, June 30, 1994, it stand adjourned until 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 1994, or until noon on the second day after Members are notified to reassemble pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolution, whichever occurs first; and that when the Senate recesses or adjourns at the close of business on Thursday, June 30, 1994, Friday, July 1, 1994, Saturday, July 2, 1994, or Sunday, July 3, 1994, pursuant to a motion made by the majority leader or his designee, in accordance with this resolution, it stand recessed or adjourned until noon on Monday, July 11, 1994, or at such time on that day as may be specified by the majority leader or his designee in the motion to recess or adjourn, or until noon on the second day after Members are notified to reassemble pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolution, whichever occurs first.
