LAND ACQUISITION (RESCISSION) Of the funds available under this heading in Public Law 103- 332, Public Law 103-138, and Public Law 102-381, $1,429,000 are rescinded: Provided, That the Chief of the Forest Service shall not initiate any new purchases of private land in Washington County, Ohio and Lawrence County, Ohio during fiscal year 1995.
