Aug 28, 1g5B_ Whereas the following clauses of the act entitled “An act making ap- Pm8mb1E_ propriations for certain civil expenses of the government for the year 1856, 0h_ 129, ending the thirtieth of June, eighteen hundred and fifty-seven, approved Ante, p- 81· the eighteenth day of August, eighteen hundred and iitty-six, to wit: “ For completing the marine hospital at Cincinnati, Ohio, eighty-six thousand dollars. For pay of the army, three million two hundred and seventy-tive thou- Psy, &o. Sand one hundred and seventy dollars.
