Title ofTa1bot Dousman, the assignee of James Vieaux, to a certain tract of land at grt£;“‘;‘;‘5‘ Lz Green Bay, Wisconsin, confirmed to said Vieaux by the commissioners Green Bav,Wis·, appointed under the act of Congress, approved February twenty-one, ¤¤¤61‘¤¤¤&· eighteen hundred and twenty-three, entitled "An Act to revive and continue in force certain acts for the adjustment of land claims in 1823, ch. 10- the territory of Michigan,” and which is described as follows: commenc- VOL iii- P- 72*- ing at low water-mark on Fox River, and running west eighty arpents, and bounded on the north by a certain tract occupied by the United States garrison, west by wild lands, south by a. tract of land claimed by John Baptiste Longevinq senior, and eastby Fox River, being five arpents in breadth, more or less, be, and the same is hereby confirmed to the said Talbot C. Dousman; and that the Commissioner of the General Land-Oiiice cause the said tract of land to be surveyed in the same man- Survgy· ner as other private claims to lands at Green Bay have been surveyed; and that he be required to issue a patent thereon to and in the name of Patentthe said Talbot C.
