Nalle, a purser in the Navy of the United States, on Vllilliam Ballard Preston, late Secretary of the Navy, for twenty thousand dollars, payable to the order of Thomas Ap C. Jones, commander-in-chief of the Pacific squadron, three days after sight, dated the twenty-first day of January, Anno Domini eighteen hundred and fifty, and endorsed by Thomas Ap C.
