The President of the United States, having returned to the Senate, in which it originated, the bill entitled “An act for the improvement of the navigation of the Patapsco Rivcr, and to render the port of Baltimore accessible 00 the war steamcrs of the United States," with his objections thereto, the Senate proceeded, in pursuance of the constitution, to reconsidcr the same; and Resolved, That the said bill do pass, two·tbirds of the Scuatc agreeing to pass the same.
