(2) Any waiver under paragraph (1) shall take effect 30 days Notification. after the date on which the President notifies the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate of the President's determination to use the waiver authority provided under this subsection. Subtitle D—Land Conveyances PART I—ARMY CONVEYANCES SEC. 2831. LAND CONVEYANCE, ARMY RESERVE CENTER, GREENS- BORO, ALABAMA. (a) CONVEYANCE AUTHORIZED.—The Secretary of the Army may convey, without consideration, to Hale County, Alabama, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real property consisting of approximately 5.17 acres and located at the Army Reserve Center, Greensboro, Alabama, that was conveyed by Hale County, Alabama, to the United States by warranty deed dated September 12, 1988. (b) DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY. —The exact acreage and legal description of the property to be conveyed under subsection (a) shall be as described in the deed referred to in that subsection. (c) ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.— The Secretary may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance under subsection (a) as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States. SEC. 2832. LAND CONVEYANCE, JAMES T. COKER ARMY RESERVE CENTER, DURANT, OKLAHOMA. (a) CONVEYANCE AUTHORIZED.—The Secretary of the Army may convey, without consideration, to Big Five Community Services, Incorporated, a nonprofit organization operating in Durant, Oklahoma, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real property located at 1500 North First Street in Durant, Oklahoma, and containing the James T. Coker Army Reserve Center, if the Secretary determines that the Reserve Center is excess to the needs of the Armed Forces. (b) CONDITION OF CONVEYANCE. —The conveyance authorized under subsection (a) shall be subject to the condition that Big Five Community Services, Incorporated, retain the conveyed property for educational purposes. (c) REVERSION.—I f the Secretary determines at any time that the real property conveyed under subsection (a) is not being used for the purpose specified in subsection (b), all right, title, and interest in and to the real property, including any improvements thereon, shall revert to the United States, and the United States shall have the right of immediate entry thereon. (d) DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY. —The exact acreage and legal description of the real property to be conveyed under subsection (a) shall be determined by a survey satisfactory to the Secretary. The cost of the survey shall be borne by Big Five Community Services, Incorporated.
