Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 40 USC 1003 SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY FOR MEMORIAL note. ESTABLISHMENT. The legislative authority for the Board of Regents of Gunston Hall to establish a commemorative work (as defined by section 2 of the Commemorative Works Act (40 U.S.C. 1002)) shall expire August 10, 2000, notwithstanding the time period limitation specified in section 10(b) of the Commemorative Works Act (40 U.S.C. 1010(b)).
