EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATION OF FISCAL YEAR 1995 PROJECT. (a) EXTENSION. —Notwithstanding section 2701 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 (division B of Public Law 103-337; 108 Stat. 3046), the authorization for the project set forth in the table in subsection (b), as provided in section 2201 of that Act and extended by section 2702 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1998 (division B of Public Law 105-85; 111 Stat. 1985), shall remain in effect until October 1, 1999, or the date of enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2000, whichever is later.
