(8) NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994. —Section 1333(c)(2)(B) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1994 (10 U.S.C. 2701 note) is amended by striking "Private industry councils (as described in section 102 of the Job Training Partnership Act (29 U.S.C. 1512))." and inserting "Private industry councils as described in section 102 of the Job Training Partnership Act or local workforce investment boards established under section 117 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998.". (9) NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998. —Section 2824(c)(5) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1998 (10 U.S.C. 2687 note) is amended by striking "Job Training Partnership Act" and inserting "Job Training Partnership Act or title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998". (10) SMALL BUSINESS ACT.— The fourth sentence of section 7(j)(13)(E) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(j)(13)(E)) is amended by striking "the Job Training Partnership Act (29 U.S.C. 1501 et seq.)" and inserting "the Job Training Partnership Act or title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998". (11) EMPLOYMENT ACT OF 1946.—Section 4(f)(2)(B) of the Employment Act of 1946 (15 U.S.C. 1022a(f)(2)(B)) is amended by striking "and include these in the annual Employment and Training Report of the President required under section 705(a) of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 (hereinafter in this Act referred to as 'CETA')" and inserting "and prepare and submit to the President an annual report containing the recommendations".
