(h) Section 7 of the Federal Triangle Development Act (40 U.S.C. 1106) is amended— (1) in subsection (c)(1)— (A) in the text above subparagraph (A), by striking "15 members" and inserting "14 members"; (B) by striking subparagraph (F); and (C) by redesignating subparagraphs (G) through (J) as subparagraphs (F) through (I), respectively; (2) in paragraphs (3) and (5) of subsection (c), by striking "paragraph (1)(J)" each place it appears and inserting "paragraph (1)(I)"; and (3) in subsection (d)(3) and subsection (e), by striking "the Administrator and the Director of the United States Information Agenc/' each place it appears and inserting "and the Administrator". (i) Section 3 of the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Act of 1968 (Public Law 90-637; 20 U.S.C. 80f) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)— (A) in the text preceding paragraph (1), by striking "19 members" and inserting "17 members"; (B) by striking paragraph (7); (C) by striking "10" in paragraph (10) and inserting "9"; and (D) by redesignating paragraphs (8) through (10) as paragraphs (7) through (9), respectively; and (2) in subsection (c), by striking "(9)" and inserting "(8)".
