PUBLIC LAW 106-113—APPENDIX A 113 STAT. 1501A-23 SEC. 120. Public Law 103-322, the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, subtitle C, section 210304, Index to Facilitate Law Enforcement Exchange of DNA Identification Information (42 U.S.C. 14132), is amended as follows: (1) in subsection (a)(2), by striking "and"; (2) in subsection (a)(3), by striking the period and inserting "; and" after "remains"; and (3) by adding after subsection (a)(3) the following new subsection: "(4) analyses of DNA samples voluntarily contributed from relatives of missing persons.". SEC. 121. (a) Subsection (b)(1) of section 227 of the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 13032) is amended by inserting after "such facts or circumstances" the following: "to the Cyber Tip Line at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which shall forward that report". (b) Subsection (b)(2) of that section is amended by striking "made" and inserting "forwarded". This title may be cited as the "Department of Justice Appropriations Act, 2000". TITLE II—DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND RELATED AGENCIES TRADE AND INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT RELATED AGENCIES OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES TRADE REPRESENTATIVE SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses of the Office of the United States Trade Representative, including the hire of passenger motor vehicles and the employment of experts and consultants as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $25,635,000, of which $1,000,000 shall remain available until expended: Provided, That not to exceed $98,000 shall be available for official reception and representation expenses. INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses of the International Trade Commission, including hire of passenger motor vehicles, and services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, and not to exceed $2,500 for official reception and representation expenses, $44,495,000, to remain available until expended.
