PUBLIC LAW 106-228—JUNE 29, 2000 114 STAT. 463 (b) RULE OF CONSTRUCTION. — Nothing in this section shall be construed to alter the application or the requirements of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (25 U.S.C. 2701 et seq.) with respect to any lands held by or for the benefit of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians regardless of when such lands were acquired.
