PUBLIC LAW 106-515—NOV. 13, 2000 114 STAT. 2403 (c) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—Section 1001(a) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3793(a)) is amended by inserting after paragraph (19) the following: "(20) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out part V, $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2001 through 2004.".
