UNITED STATES FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE CONSTRUCTION For an additional amount for "Construction", $17,700,000, to remain available until expended, to repair damages caused by floods, ice storms, and earthquakes in the States of Washington, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. NATIONAL PARK SERVICE UNITED STATES PARK POLICE For an additional amount for "United States Park Police", $1,700,000, to remain available until September 30, 2002, for unbudgeted increases in pension costs for retired United States Park Police officers. BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS OPERATION OF INDIAN PROGRAMS (INCLUDING TRANSFERS OF FUNDS) For an additional amount for "Operation of Indian Programs", $50,000,000, to remain available until expended, for electric power operations and related activities at the San Carlos Irrigation Project, of which such amounts as necessary may be transferred to other appropriations accounts for repayment of advances previously made for such power operations. RELATED AGENCY DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOREST SERVICE FOREST AND RANGELAND RESEARCH For an additional amount for "Forest and Rangeland Research", $1,400,000, to remain available until expended, to carry out research and development activities to arrest, control, eradicate, and prevent the spread of sudden oak death syndrome.
