COLETTA OF GREATER WASHINGTON EXPANSION PROJECT For a Federal contribution to St. Coletta of Greater Washington, Inc., for costs associated with the establishment of a day program and comprehensive case management services for mentally retarded and multiple-handicapped adolescents and adults in the District of Columbia, including property acquisition and construction, $2,000,000. FEDERAL PAYMENT TO FAITH AND POLITICS INSTITUTE For a Federal payment to the Faith and Politics Institute, $50,000, for grass roots-based racial sensitivity programs in the District of Columbia. FEDERAL PAYMENT TO THE THURGOOD MARSHALL ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL For a Federal payment to the Thurgood Marshall Academy Charter School, $1,000,000 to be used to acquire and renovate an educational facility in Anacostia. FEDERAL PAYMENT TO THE GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE IN MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT For a Federal pa3anent to the Greorge Washington University Center for Excellence in Municipal Management, $250,000 to increase the enrollment of managers from the District of Columbia government. COURT APPOINTED SPECLVL ADVOCATES For a Federal payment to the District of Columbia Court Appointed Special Advocates Unit, $250,000 to be used to expand its work in the Family Court of the District of Columbia Superior Court. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISION Of the Federal funds made available in the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 2001, Public Law 106-522 for the Metropolitan Pohce Department (114 Stat. 2441), $100,000 for the police ministation shall remain available for the purposes intended until September 30, 2002: Provided, That the $1,000,000 made available in such Act for the Washington Interfaith Network (114 Stat. 2444) shall remain available for the purposes intended until December 31, 2002: Provided further.
