116 STAT. 2352 PUBLIC LAW 107-301—NOV. 26, 2002 Public Law 107-301 107th Congress An Act To facilitate the use of a portion of the former O'Reilly General Hospital in Spring- Nov. 26, 2002 field, Missouri, by the local Boys and Girls Club through the release of the [H R 5349] reversionary interest and other interests retained by the United States in 1955 when the land was conveyed to the State of Missouri. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. RELEASE OF RETAINED RIGHTS, INTERESTS, AND RES- ERVATIONS, FORMER O'REILLY GENERAL HOSPITAL, SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURL Notwithstanding the first section of the Act of August 9, 1955 (chapter 661; 69 Stat. 592), the Administrator of General Services shall release, without consideration, all right, title, and interest retained by the United States in and to the portion of the former O'Reilly General Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, conveyed to the State of Missouri pursuant to such Act. SEC. 2. INSTRUMENT OF RELEASE. As soon as possible after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of General Services shall execute and file in the appropriate office a deed of release, amended deed, or other appropriate instrument effectuating the release of interests required by section 1.
