(e) EFFECTIVE DATE.—Notwithstanding section 20, this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act. 12 USC 5001 note.
SEC. 20. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Act shall take effect at the end of the 12-month period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Act. Approved October 28, 2003.
