property, including any improvements thereon, consisting of approximately 12 acres at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. (b) CONSIDERATION.—As consideration for the conveyance of the property under subsection (a), the Authority shall convey to the United States all right, title, and interest of the Authority in and to a parcel of real property acceptable to the Secretary. The Secretary shall have administrative jurisdiction over the real property received under this subsection. (c) COSTS OF CONVEYANCE.—(1) The Secretary may collect funds from the Authority to cover costs incurred or to be incurred by the Secretary to carry out a conveyance under this section, including survey costs, costs related to environmental documentation, and other administrative costs related to the conveyance. If amounts are collected from the Authority in advance of the Secretary incurring the actual costs, and the amount collected exceeds the costs actually incurred by the Secretary to carry out the conveyance, the Secretary shall refund the excess amount to the Authority. (2) Amounts collected under paragraph (1) to cover costs previously incurred by the Secretary shall be credited to the fund or account that was used to cover the costs. Amounts so credited shall be merged with amounts in such fund or account, and shall be available for the same purposes, and subject to the same conditions and limitations, as amounts in such fund or account. (d) DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY.—The exact acreage and legal description of the parcels of real property to be conveyed under this section shall be determined by surveys satisfactory to the Secretary. (e) ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.—The Secretary may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyances under this section as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.

PART II—NAVY CONVEYANCES SEC. 2841. LAND CONVEYANCE, NAVY PROPERTY, DIXON, CALIFORNIA.

(a) CONVEYANCE AUTHORIZED.—The Secretary of the Navy may convey, without consideration, to the Housing Authority of the City of Dixon, California, (in this section referred to as the ‘‘Housing Authority’’), all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real property, including improvements thereon, that consists of approximately 40.41 acres located at 7290 Radio Station Road in Dixon, California, and is currently used by the Housing Authority as the site for the Fred H. Rehman Dixon Migrant Center for the purpose of permitting the Housing Authority to continue to provide suitable housing and support services to migrant workers. (b) PAYMENT OF COSTS OF CONVEYANCE.—(1) The Secretary shall require the Housing Authority to cover costs to be incurred by the Secretary after the date of the enactment of this Act, or to reimburse the Secretary for costs incurred by the Secretary after such date, to carry out the conveyance under subsection (a), including any survey costs, costs related to environmental documentation, and other administrative costs related to the conveyance.
