SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE AND TABLE OF CONTENTS.
(a) SHORT TITLE.—This joint resolution, together with the table of contents in subsection (b) of this section, may be cited as the ‘‘Compact of Free Association Amendments Act of 2003’’. (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.—The table of contents for this joint resolution is as follows:
