Public Law 108–403 108th Congress An Act To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at United States Route 1 in Ridgeway, North Carolina, as the ‘‘Eva Holtzman Post Office’’. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at United States Route 1 in Ridgeway, North Carolina, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Eva Holtzman Post Office’’. SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘Eva Holtzman Post Office’’.
