CENTER FOR MIDDLE EASTERN WESTERN DIALOGUE For a grant to the Center for Middle Eastern Western Dialogue Trust Fund, $6,750,000, for operation of the Center for Middle Eastern Western Dialogue in Istanbul, Turkey, to remain available until expended. In addition, for the operations of the Steering Committee of the Center for Middle Eastern Western Dialogue, $250,000, to remain available until expended. In addition, for necessary expenses of the Center for Middle Eastern Western Dialogue Trust Fund, the total amount of the interest and earnings accruing to such Fund before October 1, 2005, to remain available until expended.
