(c) REPEAL.—Section 207 of the Small Business Reauthorization and Amendment Act of 1988 (15 U.S.C. 694b note) is repealed. SEC. 204. EFFECTIVE DATE FOR CERTAIN FEES. Section 503(f) of the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 (15 U.S.C. 697(f)) is amended by striking ‘‘, but’’ and all that follows through the end and inserting a period. Approved December 8, 2004.
