PUBLIC LAW 109–112—NOV. 22, 2005 amended by striking ‘‘Iran Nonproliferation Act of 2000’’ and inserting ‘‘Iran and Syria Nonproliferation Act’’. (2) REFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, regulation, document, or other record of the United States to the Iran Nonproliferation Act of 2000 shall be deemed to be a reference to the Iran and Syria Nonproliferation Act.
