D. eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, and numbered one hundred and ninety-eight ; and that said Commissioner be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a patent for the said northeast quarter of section twenty-five, in township eight, of range nineteen, to Greenbury M.
