Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, That Cyrus Clapp and his CUM Clapp gugrantors or suretiss, of the State of Iowa, be, and they hereby are, ?Ql£,,?¥$;ESQ;; forever discharged and released from all liability to the government of biilityon certain the United States, or the Post-Ofhcc Department of said government, ’“¤il°°¤**`¤¤*S· on account of the failure of the said Cyrus Clapp to comply with certain mail contracts on routes Nos. 10,935 and 10,936, in the State of Iowa. Feb 18, 1g6g_ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, T hat the Secretary of the Treas- John Cradleury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any money in b¤¤Eh» P¤Y¤¤€¤* the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to John Cradlobaugh, t°' one of tho Justices of the Supreme Court of the Territory of Utah, the sum of eleven hundred and five dollars, in full for tho expenses of rcmoving the records, seal, papers, library, and other appurtenances of the District Court of the second judicial district of tha said territory from Provo City to Genoa, or Carson City, in the year eightecn hundred and fifty-nine.
