Funds provided in this Act for the ‘‘Department of Justice, United States Marshals Service, Salaries and Expenses’’ shall be made available according to the language relating to such account in the joint explanatory statement accompanying the conference report on H.R. 1591 of the 110th Congress (H. Rept. 110– 107). SEC. 1202. Funds provided in this Act for the ‘‘Department of Justice, Legal Activities, Salaries and Expenses, General Legal Activities’’, shall be made available according to the language relating to such account in the joint explanatory statement accompanying the conference report on H.R. 1591 of the 110th Congress (H.
