SEC. 614. In this division, the term ‘‘congressional defense committees’’ means— (1) the Committees on Armed Services and Appropriations of the Senate; and (2) the Committees on Armed Services and Appropriations of the House of Representatives. SEC. 615. This division may be cited as the ‘‘Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense, 2008’’. Approved December 26, 2007.
