(11) Section 22 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2031) is amended— (A) in the section heading, by striking ‘‘ FO O DSTAMP PO R T I O N OF MINN E SOTA FAMI LY IN V ESTMENT PLAN’’ and inserting ‘‘MINNESOTA FAMILY INVESTMENT PRO J E C T’’; (B) in subsections (b)(12) and (d)(3), by striking ‘‘the Food Stamp Act, as amended,’’ each place it appears and inserting ‘‘this Act’’; and (C) in subsection (g)(1), by striking ‘‘the Food Stamp Actof1 9 77 (7 U.S.C. 2011 et se q .)’’ and inserting ‘‘this Act’’. (12) Section 2 6 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 203 5 ) is amended— (A) in the section heading, by striking ‘‘SIMPLIFIED FOOD STAMP PRO G RAM’’ and inserting ‘‘SIMPLIFIED S U PPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM’’; and (B) in subsection (b), by striking ‘‘simplified food stamp program’’ and inserting ‘‘simplified supplemental nutrition assistance program’’.
