(8) CLERICAL AMENDMENTS.—The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 21 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (A) by striking the item relating to section 2101 and inserting the following new item: ‘ ‘ 210 1 .Acquis i t i ona n d ada p tation o fh ousin g:el igi b le v ete r ans. ’ ’
(B) by inserting after the item relating to section 2101, as so amended, the following new item: ‘‘2101A. E ligibilit y for benefits and assistance: m embers of the Armed F orces w ith service - connected disabilities; individuals residing outside the U nited S tates.’’; and (C) by striking the item relating to section 2102A and inserting the following new item: ‘‘2102A. Assistance for individuals residing temporarily in housing owned by a fam- ily member.’’. SEC.2603 .S P EC IAL L Y A D AP T ED HOU SI NG ASSISTANCE F O R INDI V ID - UALS W ITH SEVERE B URN IN J URIES. Section 2101 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(2), by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: ‘‘(E) The disability is due to a severe burn in j ury (as deter - mined pursuant to regulations prescribed by the Secretary).’’; and (2) in subsection (b)(2)—
